Because of my extensive bartending experience, there is a lot I can offer you, such as:

• Private parties or events (social gatherings, dinner parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc.)
• On-call, temporary bartender for your restaurant/bar if your bartender calls out the last minute
• An extra pair of hands behind the bar when your restaurant/bar is expecting an extra large crowd
• Formal events (weddings, birthdays, professional meetings, conventions, etc.)
• Open houses (great, professional hospitality offered to your Real Estate clients --- Très chic!)
• Yacht party outings
• Corporate events and entertainment
• Catering events

The list can go on and on.  If you have something, and I have not listed it, it's likely that I can still help you.  I am comfortable in any environment provided there is no illegal activity involved.  My preferred position is always as a Bartender, but I also have many years of experience as a Server, as well, so if you're in need of this position being filled, please do consider me.

I generally work alone; however, if additional Bartenders are needed for your event, I will be more than happy to offer my assistance, at no additional charge, in finding supplementary professional, knowledgeable, and outstanding Bartenders to join me.

My clients and their events are most often featured throughout Southern California.  However, I will travel to your location virtually anywhere throughout Central California, Western Arizona, and Southern Nevada. 

In order to help keep my hourly rates at a reasonable & affordable cost, an additional fuel surcharge may be applied to help offset the price of fuel for the distance involved traveling from Joshua Tree, California. 

Please note that there is NO additional surcharge for the hours commuting to and from your event, nor does this fuel surcharge compensate the entire travel cost.  Surcharges apply as follows:

The most ideal setting would be that you already have the liquor, beer, and/or wine ready to be served at the location of your event.  If you don't, then that's no problem!  I'll explain more about that in just a moment.

What I will bring with me:

• My charming personality  
• A tumbler to shake and mix any drinks
• A wine key and beer cap opener
• A "just in case I need it for some crazy drink request" reference book "The Bartender's Black Book" (8th edition - the latest edition - AWESOME book containing over 2800 drinks!)
• My personal "emergency" kit which includes Marlboro and Marlboro Light Cigarettes (you never know when you'll run out), matches, Excedrin, Motrin, tissues, stain remover, pens, and note paper
• A rectangular and/or sqaure portable card table with or without table linen (optional)
• A portable glasswear washing/rinsing/drying set (optional)
• A polite, courteous, and professional Barback and/or Cocktail Server (optional --- reasonable, additional charge)

 
What I will need for you to supply:

• A venue to hold your event
• Glassware or disposable cups
• Napkins and swizzle sticks (if desired)
• Ice
• The beer, wine, and/or liquor/liqueur you wish to have served
• The mixers (i.e. juice, soda, milk, etc.)
• Garnishes (i.e. Lemons, limes, cherries, etc.)
• A trash can (any appropriate size --- can be hidden under the table to keep discreet) 

By law, I am not able to purchase the alcohol or wine and sell it back to you.  However, there are some options available to help save you time, reduce stress, and add to your convenience:

• I will help you create a serving list in advance via telephone or email (complimentary service)
• If requested, I will go to the store in advance and purchase everything required (including liquor, garnishes, and serving pieces) - (an estimated, pre-payment for the purchase is necessary, as well as a reasonable, pre-negotiated, additional charge for this service)

I am very flexible and have a desire to help accomodate my clients whenever I can.  So if there is something that I may be able to do for you to make your event a less stressful and more fun-filled time, please don't hesitate to ask.  I will do all that I can and go above and beyond when possible.
