 Thank you for your consideration of referring me to someone you know!  I am honored and do truly appreciate it.  Please be sure to review the terms and conditions, and if you have any questions or comments, please email me with such.

• There is no limit on referrals.  You are entitled to $25.00 per each successfully, completed event (referral); however, if the referral becomes a repeat client, $25.00 will only be rewarded once for that individual client.
  
• In order to be eligible for the $25.00 reward, you must notify me via the Referral Form prior to the client contacting me and arranging an event.
  
• The client must notify me of your name and advise me of the referral, so I am aware of who referred him/her.  I will do my best to consistently ask clients if they were referred by anyone, but I may forget.  So it is important to advise your referral that he/she needs to inform me who referred him/her to Bartend-4-U; this way it will ensure that you will receive your $25.00 reward!
  
• All rewards will be awarded via cash and sent by registered snail-mail.  After an event has been successfully completed, $25.00 will be mailed to you within 3 - 5 business days, if not sooner.
