Jagermeister
Peach Schnapps
Pineapple Juice
* Pour ingredients into ice-filled tumbler -- shake -- strain into shot glass

Vanilla Vodka
Frangelico
* Pour ingredients directly into shot glass -- serve with a sugar-coated lemon wedge (suck after shooting)

1 oz. 100-Proof Peppermint Schnapps
* Pour ingredients into ice-filled tumbler -- shake -- strain into shot glass

1 1/2 oz. Vodka or Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz. Black Raspberry Liqueur
1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
* Pour ingredients into ice-filled tumbler -- shake -- strain into a chilled martini glass

(Room-temperature martini glass)
1/2 oz. Grenadine (on bottom)
1 oz. Galliano (pour directly on top)
1 oz. Sambuca (pour directly on top)
1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse (pour directly on top)
* IGNITE!
* Let Burn for 10 seconds then through a long strong, drink quickly while someone pours in:
1 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur

* Fill with hot Black Coffee -- Top with Whipped Cream -- Sprinkle with Cinnamon

(Sugar-rimmed Martini glass)
2.0 oz Citron Vodka
0.5 oz Triple Sec
0.5 oz Sour mix
3 squeezed (large) lemon slices; drop into tumbler
* Pour ingredients into ice-filled tumbler -- shake vigorously -- strain into sugar-rimmed Martini glass

Mojito (03/24/08) -- "Tabitha's recipe"
(Tall glass)
* Muddle 3 - 5 Mint Sprigs in bottom of glass
* Squeeze 1 fresh Lime Wedge into glass (dispose of lime wedge)
* 1/2 oz of Simple Syrup or 1 teaspoon of Sugar into glass
2 oz. Light Rum
* Fill glass with ice
* Pour entire contents into an empty tumbler -- 2 quick shakes -- return entire contents to glass
* Squeeze 1 fresh Lime Wedge into glass (drop into glass)
Fill with Lemon-Lime soda
Garnish with Lime Wedge and Mint Sprigs
