Holiday Pricing

* To determine the holiday pricing for your event, first determine if you will have an open or cash bar, and if a tip jar will or won't be allowed.  Select the appropriate pricing from the grid above ("Event Pricing").  Once determined, find the corresponding holiday to your event and add the hourly surcharge located to the right of the holiday.

   IMPORTANT INFORMATION.  PLEASE REVIEW!   

• For each event, there is a 4 hour minimum
   
• For cash bars, I will supply loose change including small bills and coins
  
  
• All rates are charged at one-half hour increments (i.e. If I am hired to work 4 hours and 45 minutes, there will be a 5 hour charge; if it is 4 hours and 15 minutes, there will be a 4.5 hour charge)
   
• One hour of pay is dedicated to the set-up of the bar and station (this can be included as part of the 4 hour minimum)
   
• One-half hour of pay is dedicated to the break-down of the bar and station (this can be included as part of the 4 hour minimum)
   
• A 50% deposit/payment is required at the beginning of the event prior to setting up the bar and station
   
• The remainder of payment is due at the end of the event after the bar and station are completely put away
   
• If you are a first time client, cash payment or money order only, please
   
• If you are a company hosting an event with company funds, a company business check will be accepted
   
• If you are a frequent client, I will accept check, cash, or money order
   
• If a Barback or Cocktail Server is requested, an hourly rate of $10.00 - $15.00 (depending on circumstances) will be added
   
• If an additional Bartender is requested (at the request that I bring one), please double the hourly rate shown in the chart above (4 hour minimum required)
   
• If your event will be outside of the Palm Springs area or Morongo Basin, please be sure to review the Services page under "Location, location, location..." to determine if there will be an additional fuel surcharge
   
• If a fuel surcharge applies to your event, payment in full is required at the beginning of the event prior to setting up the bar and station
